    New amounts of fees

    The Greek Patent Office (OBI) has informed us that some patent fees in Greece have been changed. Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Greece are advised that from 18 May 2005 the following rates apply:

    1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:

    EUR 100

    2. Publication of translations of the patent specification pursuant to Article 65 EPC:

    EUR 200

    3. The renewal fees for the 3rd and 4th year have been deleted, while the remaining amounts have not changed.

    Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"

    Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (12th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables III.B, column 2, IV, column 3, and VI, column 1.
