New fee rates
The Hungarian Patent Office has informed us that the patent fees in Hungary have been changed1. With reference to our publication in OJ EPO 2004, 199, applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Hungary are therefore advised that the following rates apply with immediate effect:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
HUF 21 400 plus HUF 3 200 for the 6th and each subsequent page of the translation
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
HUF 21 400 plus HUF 3 200 for the 6th and each subsequent page of the translation
3. Renewal fees:
