With reference to the fee rates published in the EPO brochure "National Law relating to the EPC" (12th edition), the attention of proprietors of European patents which have been or will be extended to Latvia is drawn to the following change in renewal fees payable in Latvia:
10th to 15th year: LVL 225
16th to 20th year: LVL 300
Updating of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (12th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments in Tables VI, column 1, and VIII, column 2.
