Guidance for the payment of fees, costs and prices
The fees guidance currently applicable is as set out in OJ EPO 2005, 466 ff and 495.
Fee information is also published in the Internet under
http://www.european-patent-office.org/epo/fees1.htm.
Updated versions of the fee guidance and the fee information taking into account the decisions of the Administrative Council dated 27 October 2005 (see OJ EPO 11/2005, 546, 548) will be published in issue 12/2005 of the OJ EPO and as soon as possible on the EPO website.
