Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 16 December 2004 concerning the publication of a revised version of the Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes
The President of the European Patent Office, having regard to Articles 5(2) and 8(2) of the Rules relating to Fees, has decided as follows:
1. The Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes are herewith revised and published in this supplement1.
2. The revised version shall enter into force on 1 January 2005, and supersedes the Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes dated 21 January 2002 (supplement to OJ No. 2/2002).
