New amounts of fees
The Greek Patent Office (OBI) has informed us that some patent fees in Greece have been reduced.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Greece are advised that from 2 January 2006 the new national filing fee amounts to EUR 30 (previously EUR 73).
Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (12th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendment to the respective amount shown in Table VII, column 2.
