12th edition of the "European Patent Convention"
The 12th revised edition of the "European Patent Convention" (as applicable from 1 April 2006) will be available at the end of March. It contains the current texts of the Convention on the Grant of European Patents and its Implementing Regulations, the Protocol on Centralisation, the Protocol on Recognition, the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities, the Protocol on the Staff Complement and the Rules relating to Fees. It also contains an index of the decisions and opinions of the Enlarged Board of Appeal published in the Official Journal of the EPO (Annex I), legal advice from the EPO in brief (Annex II) and an alphabetical keyword index.
