New edition of the EPO Guide for applicants (Part 2) – "Euro-PCT", December 2005
Recently the English version of the 3rd edition of the EPO Guide for applicants (Part 2) "How to get a European patent – PCT procedures before the EPO ("Euro-PCT")" was published by the EPO, taking into account modifications up to 1 December 2005. The German and French versions are to follow soon.
The brochure is available, free of charge, from the EPO Information Offices in Munich, Vienna, The Hague and Berlin. It can also be downloaded from the "Tool box for applicants" on the EPO's website (www.european-patent-office.org/legal/guiapp2/index.htm).
