New fee rates
The Romanian Patent Office (OSIM) has informed us that the patent fees in Romania have been changed. With reference to our publication in OJ EPO 2004, 531, applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Romania are therefore advised that the following rates apply with immediate effect:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: EUR 60 / RON 216.
In case of corrections, a special fee is charged amounting to EUR 30 / RON 108.
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC: EUR 100 / RON 360, plus EUR 5 / RON 18 for each page of the translation in excess of 20.
In case of corrections, a special fee is charged amounting to EUR 20 / RON 72.

4. Registering a transfer, licences and other rights: EUR 100 / RON 360, unless transfer of right took place before publication of the mention of grant by the EPO.
