New fee rates
The Slovenian Office for Intellectual Property has informed us that the patent fees in Slovenia have been changed1. With reference to our publication in OJ EPO 2004, 298, applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Slovenia are therefore advised that from 1 July 2006 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims under Article 65 EPC: SIT 24 000 / EUR 100.15
In case of corrections: SIT 14 400 / EUR 60.09
