Introduction of a central e-mail address for the whole Office
Since 1 December 2006, the Office has an official e-mail address for general enquiries: [email protected].
This central e-mail address is applicable for all EPO locations and is intended to improve the service offered by the Office. The e-mail addresses already in use for individual departments within the Office will, however, continue to exist. E-mail cannot be used to perform any procedural act (see OJ EPO 2000, 458).
