New fee rates
By Sovereign Ordinance No. 707 of 3 October 20061, the patent fees in Monaco have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that from 1 January 2007 the following rates apply:

Users of this brochure (12th edition) should amend the amounts of fees shown in Tables VI, column 1, VII, column 2, and IX, column 4, accordingly.
