New fee rates
By Law No. 42/2006 of 28 December 20061 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Spain are advised that from 1 January 2007 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
EUR 99.56;
EUR 103.96 for translations on magnetic data carrier.
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
EUR 296.43 plus EUR 11.91 for each page of the translation in excess of 22;
EUR 251.02 plus EUR 9.52 for translations on magnetic data carrier.

4. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:
Filing fee: EUR 88.13
Fee for each foreign priority: EUR 20.40
5. Registering a transfer, licences and other rights: EUR 12.35 for each entry.
