    Disciplinary matters

    Appointment of members of the Disciplinary Board of the European Patent Office

    1. Under Article 9 of the Regulation on discipline for professional representatives (OJ EPO 1978, 91 ff), the President of the European Patent Office has reappointed the following legally qualified members of the European Patent Office as members of the Disciplinary Board for a three-year term:

    Mr Eskil Waage, with effect from 1 January 2007 and

    Mr Christoph Matthies, with effect from 1 February 2007 and

    Mr Herman Zaaiman, with effect from 1 March 2007.

    2. The Board thus comprises six legally qualified members of the European Patent Office, namely Mrs Lise Dybdahl-Müller (chairman), Messrs Robert Cramer, Hans-Christian Haugg, Christoph Matthies, Eskil Waage and Herman Zaaiman and four members of the Institute of Professional Representatives, namely Messrs James Boff, Walter Dabringhaus, Bo Hammer Jensen and Marc Santarelli.
