Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 7 August 2007 concerning the extension of time limits according to Rule 85 EPC
1. From 29 June until 3 July 2007 and from 13 July until 17 July 2007 there was an interruption or dislocation in the delivery of mail in the United Kingdom within the meaning of Rule 85, paragraph 2, EPC.
2. In the case of parties having their domicile or principal place of business in the United Kingdom or who have appointed representatives having their place of business in the United Kingdom, time limits expiring in the periods from 29 June until 3 July 2007 and from 13 July until 17 July 2007 have been extended respectively to Wednesday 4 July 2007 and to Wednesday 18 July 2007 pursuant to Rule 85, paragraphs 2 and 3, EPC.
