Fees for international applications
With reference to the table of fees for international applications published in OJ EPO 2006, 490 ff, please note that, as from 1 October 2007, the International Bureau has reduced the equivalent amount of the international filing fee in euros (see PCT Gazette of 2 August 2007, p. 115) as follows:
International filing fee from EUR 900 to EUR 851
Fee per sheet in excess of 30 from EUR 10 to EUR 9
Reductions (under the Schedule of Fees, item 3):
- PCT-EASY1 from EUR 64 to EUR 61
- Electronic filing (the request being in character coded format) from EUR 129 to EUR 122
- Electronic filing (in character coded format) from EUR 193 to EUR 182
1 As from 1.4.2007, the EPO does not accept any more PCT-EASY filings (see OJ EPO 2007, 58).
