New fee rates
By Law No. 51/2007 of 26 December 20071 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Spain are advised that from 1 January 2008 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
EUR 101.55
EUR 106.04 for translations on magnetic data carrier
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
EUR 302.36 plus EUR 12.15 for each page of the translation in excess of 22
EUR 256.04 plus EUR 9.71 for translations on magnetic data carrier

4. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:
Filing fee: EUR 89.89
Fee for each foreign priority: EUR 20.81
5. Registering a transfer, licences and other rights: EUR 12.60 for each entry.
