New rates for renewal fees
The National Institute for Industrial Property has informed us that by Order of 24 April 20081 some patent fees have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in France are therefore advised that from 1 May 2008 the following new rates for renewal fees apply:
