New fee rates
By Decree No. 70/2008 dated 23 January 20081 some patent fees in Finland have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Finland are advised that since 1 April 2008the following rates have applied:
1. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:
EUR 400 (EUR 300 when the translation has been filed online)
2. Renewal fees:

3. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:
Filing fee: EUR 400 + EUR 30 for the 11th and each subsequent claim
(EUR 300 + EUR 30 for the 11th and each subsequent claim when filed online)
Updating the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"
Users of this brochure (13th edition) should amend accordingly the information in Tables IV, column 3, VI, column 1, and VII, column 2.
