The information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" has been revised following consultation with the contracting states to the EPC as well as with the extension states, and the 14th edition has just been published.
The brochure is available, free of charge, from the EPO Information Offices in Munich, Vienna, The Hague and Berlin. It is also available on the internet.
