Decision of the Examination Board
The Examination Board,
Having regard to the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives which entered into force on 1 January 2009 (OJ EPO 2009, 9) and in particular Article 6, paragraph 4, thereof, has decided as follows:
Article 1
Candidates may bring to the examination any books and documents they consider useful for answering the examination papers.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 1 August 2009 and shall apply to European qualifying examinations held as from 2010.
