Decisions of the President of the EPO
Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 26 August 2010 concerning the payment of fees and expenses charged by the Information Office and the Electronic Library in Munich
The President of the European Patent Office, having regard to Article 5(2) of the Rules relating to Fees, has decided as follows:
Article 1
Payment for EPO publications acquired at the Information Office in Munich
The price of any EPO publication acquired at the Information Office in Munich shall be payable on receipt of an invoice.1
Article 2
Payment for photocopies and printouts
The charges for photocopies and printouts made at the Information Office or the Electronic Library in Munich shall be payable at the Electronic Library.
Article 3
Previous decisions superseded
The decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 12 July 2007 concerning the payment of fees and costs at the Information Office in Munich (Special edition No. 3, OJ EPO 2007, M.4.) shall cease to have effect.
Article 4
Entry into force
This decision shall enter into force on 1 September 2010.
