New edition of the "Euro-PCT Guide"
Recently an updated version of the EPO Guide for applicants (Part 2) "How to get a European patent – PCT procedure before the EPO ("Euro-PCT")" was published by the EPO, taking into account modifications up to October 2012.
The "Euro-PCT Guide" (updated until 1 October 2012) is available, free of charge, from the EPO Information Offices in Munich, Vienna, The Hague and Berlin. It is also available on the EPO website (www.epo.org/applying/international/guide-for-applicants.html).
