New fee rates
The Turkish Patent Institute has informed us that some patent fees have been changed.1
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Turkey are advised that from 1 January 2013 the following rates apply:

3. Registering transfers, licences and other rights:
merger: TRY 300
transfer of title: TRY 50 (unchanged)
assignment: TRY 350
succession: TRY 315
licence: TRY 263
