New fee rates
By Regulation No. 31/2013 of 1 February 20131 some patent fees payable to the Cyprus Patent Office have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Cyprus are advised that from 4 February 2013 the following rates apply:
1. Publication or correction of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: EUR 100
2. Publication or correction of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC: EUR 100

Users of this brochure (15th edition) should amend Tables III.B, columns 2 and 6, IV, columns 5 and 8, VI, columns 1 and 3, VII, column 2 and IX, column 4 accordingly.
