INFORMATION FROM THE EPO
New European Patent Office (EPO) address since 17 October 2013
To mark the 40th anniversary of the signing of the EPC, and in honour of the EPO's first President, Johannes Bob van Benthem from the Netherlands, the Munich city council has decided to give the EPO headquarters (Isar building) a new address: Bob-van-Benthem-Platz 1. Bob-van-Benthem-Platz was inaugurated on 17 October 2013, as part of the celebrations marking the EPC's 40th anniversary.
So the EPO's street address is no longer Erhardtstrasse 27; it is Bob-van-Benthem-Platz 1, 80469 Munich.
Its postal address remains unchanged:
80298 Munich
