New fee rates

By Royal Decree of 9 November 20151 some patent fees payable to the Belgian Office of Intellectual Property (OPRI) have been changed.

Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Belgium are advised that from 1 January 2016 the following rates apply:
