Case law of the boards of appeal of the European Patent Office – 8th edition

July 2016 sees the publication of the revised eighth edition of "Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office", the comprehensive report on EPO board of appeal decisions.

The report, updated to the end of December 2015, will be issued in the three official languages of the EPO. The English, French and German versions each cost EUR 87 (including postage and packing). If all three versions are purchased at the same time, the total price is reduced to EUR 192 (including postage and packing).

There will be no supplementary publication OJ EPO 2016 – "EPO Board of Appeal Case Law 2015". The next supplementary publication on EPO board of appeal case law will cover 2015 and 2016 and is scheduled for publication in the first half of 2017.
