Decision of the Examination Board
The Examination Board,
Having regard to the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives which entered into force on 1 January 2009 (OJ EPO 2009, 9), and in particular Article 6, paragraph 4, thereof,
has decided as follows:
Article 1
Candidates may bring to the examination (that is, both the pre-examination and the examination which consists of the papers A, B, C and D) any books and documents they consider useful for answering the examination papers.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force on 1 November 2011 and shall apply to European qualifying examinations held as from 2012.
