New fee rates
The United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office has informed us that some patent fees have been changed.1
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in the United Kingdom are advised that from 6 April 2018 the following rates apply:

2. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:
Application fee: GBP 90 (GBP 60 if filed electronically), if paid at the time of filing the request for conversion (a 25% surcharge will be added if it is paid later);
search fee: GBP 180 (GBP 150 if filed electronically) plus GBP 20 for each claim over 25.
