New fee rates
The Albanian General Directorate of Industrial Property has informed us that by Decree of the Government No. 316 of 31 May 20181 some patent fees have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Albania are advised that from 6 June 2018 the following rates for renewal fees apply:
