Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 14 February 2020 implementing Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees

THE PRESIDENT OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT OFFICE,

Having regard to Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The insignificant amount referred to in Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees is fixed at EUR 16.

Article 2

This decision enters into force on 1 April 2020 and replaces the decision of 27 March 2018 (OJ EPO 2018, A37).
