New fee rates – corrigendum

There were two errors in the fee rates given in OJ EPO 2020, A16 as in force from 1 January 2020.

The amount of the fee for the publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC, cited under point 1 of the notice, should read: TRY 1 380.

The amount of the fee for the publication of translations of the patent under Article 65 EPC, cited under point 2, should read: TRY 2 210.

Users of this brochure (20th edition) should amend Tables III.B, section 2 and IV, section 5, accordingly.
