New fee rates
The Monegasque Patent Office ("Division de la propriété intellectuelle" in Monaco) has informed us that by Sovereign Ordinance No. 9.123 of 25 February 20221the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that since 1 April 2022 the rates below apply.
