New fee rates
The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office has informed us that some fees for patents have been changed.1
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Türkiye are advised that from 1 January 2023 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: TRY 5 560
2. Publication of translations of the patent under Article 65 EPC: TRY 8 910
Surcharge for extension of the time limit: TRY 5 040
Publication of the translation of an amended patent specification (opposition, limitation): TRY 3 710
Publication of a corrected translation of the patent specification: TRY 2 820
3. Renewal fees:

Filing fee: TRY 160; the filing fee is increased according to the number of priorities.
5. Registering transfers, licences and other rights:
