New fee rates
The Icelandic Patent Office has informed us that by Regulation No. 536/2023 of 16 May 20231 some patent fees were changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Iceland are advised that as of 1 July 2023 the following rates apply:
1. Publication and correction of translations of the European patent under Article 65 EPC: ISK 36 700

Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (21st edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the fees shown in Tables IV, column 5 and 8, Table VI.A, column 1, Table VII, column 2 and IX, column 4 accordingly.
