New fee rates
The Finnish Patent and Registration Office has informed us that, by Decree of the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment No. 1247/2023 of 29 December 2023,1 some patent fees have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Finland are advised that since 1 January 2024 the following rates apply:
