ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following application documents:
- description pages 1, 2, 2a, 3, 4, 7 and 26 filed with the letter dated 20 March 2006, and pages 5, 6 and 8 to 25 of the International application as published,
- claims 1 to 10 filed with the letter dated 20 March 2006, and
- drawing sheets 1/14 to 14/14 of the International application as published.
