ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first
instance with the order to grant a patent with the following claims and a description to be adapted:
claims 1 to 17 filed as Sixth Auxiliary Request with
letter dated 5 June 2009 (received at
the EPO at 19:02 hrs).
