ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first instance with the order to maintain the patent in amended form on the basis of the following documents:
Description: Description of the patent as granted with the amendments according to pages 1, 2A, 2B, 2C filed with the proprietor's letter dated 19 September 2006;
Claims: Claims 1 to 5 of the Main Request filed with the proprietor's letter dated 19 September 2006; and
Drawings: Figures 1, 2, 3a, 3b and 3c of the patent as granted
3. The appeal fee is reimbursed.
