ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent in the following version:
claims 1 to 7 of the request filed at the oral proceedings held on 22 March 2012,
description pages 2, 3, 3a and 4 to 9 filed at the oral proceedings held on 22 March 2012, and
Figure 1 of the patent as granted.
