For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The contested decision is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the opposition division with the order to maintain the European patent Nr. 1709243 in amended form on the basis of the set of claims 1 to 14 of auxiliary request 6 filed with letter dated
1 December 2015 and a description and drawings to be adapted.
