For these reasons it is decided that:
The decision under appeal is set aside.
1. 1. The case is remitted to the examining division with the order to grant a patent on the basis of claims 1 to 21 of the main request filed on 2 March 2012 and a description to be adapted thereto.
2. The request for reimbursement of the appeal fee is rejected.
