For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first instance with the order to maintain the patent in amended form with
- claims 1 - 13 and description pages 1 - 6 and 10 - 18 of Auxiliary Request 1 filed with the Proprietor's statement of grounds of appeal; and
- drawing sheets 1/6 to 6/6 of the patent as granted.
