For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the examining division with the
order to grant the patent on the basis of claims 1 and 2
of the auxiliary request 6 filed during the oral
proceedings before the board and a description to be
adapted thereto.
