For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the opposition division with the order to maintain the patent in amended form in the following version:
- Claims 1-13 of the 4th auxiliary request filed with
the reply to the opponent's appeal,
- Paragraphs 1-120 of the patent specification, and
- Figures 1-4 of the patent specification.
