ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The impugned decision is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant the patent on the basis of the patent specification with the following amendments:
Claim 1, lines 38, 39: "combine harvester (1)" is replaced by "support structure (9)",
column 1 of the description, line 45: "combine harvester" is replaced by "support structure".
3. The auxiliary request of the Appellant is rejected.
