ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a European patent on the basis of the following documents:
- Claims 1 to 21 and description pages 1 to 7 filed with letter of 16 May 1989 with the amendments set out under point 5 above.
- Figures 2 and 3 of the published patent application No. 0 122 717 renumbered as Figures 1 and 2.
