ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following documents:
Claims: 1 to 9 filed on 6 April 1990; Description: pages 1 to 7 filed on 6 April 1990, (with corrections (Rule 88 EPC) of typing errors; on page 2, line 1 "can" should read "cab" and page 3, line 30 "supression" should read "suppression"); Drawings: original drawing page 1/1.
