ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent in the following version:
Claims: 1 and 8, filed during the oral proceedings on 5 March 1999;
2. to 7 and 9 to 17 filed with the letter of 5 January 1998.
